Salcombe Gin's Voyager Series expands once more with the introduction of Daring, an expression created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth. Taking inspiration from an oyster dish served at the Paul Ainsworth At No6 restaurant named A Tale of Porthilly, this expression has been made with milk whey, which is said to mirror the characteristics of the Cornish oyster, alongside a host of Cornish botanicals. An inventive gin with a distinctive flavour profile.

Nose: Softly savoury, with fennel, cardamom, juniper and anise.

Palate: Rich citrus gives it some balance, carried a rich flavour profile, plus a touch of mineral crispness.

Finish: Quite long and warm.
