This expression was made using a combination of four citrus peels, as well as Welsh rosemary, making for a well-balanced expression. Bolstered up to 57% ABV, this will most certainly stand out in your cocktails and mixed drinks.

Nose: Boldly spicy juniper sits at its heart, with grapefruit and orange oils give it some zesty sweetness.
Palate: The herbaceous rosemary notes are punchy and aromatic, lasting long on the finish.
Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
