The farm is certified organic and has from its inception worked with biodynamic principles, with the vines ranging in age from 50 to a staggering 80 and seeing the typical Jura varieties of Savagnin, Trousseau, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Having grown under the tutelage of Jura legend Labet, Celine likes to work in the “ouille” style, meaning with topped barrels and with no oxidative style.
