Lots of blue fruits, mushrooms, bark and black cherries. Minerals. Medium to full body, creamy and round tannins and a savory finish. It’s fresh and fine velvety textured. Juicy at the end with a terra-cotta undertone.

00 Wines (also known as Double Zero Wines) is a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir producer of wines from Burgundy, Champagne, and the Willamette Valley, Oregon. It was founded by Mark Tarlov, Chris Herman, and Kathryn Herman in 2015. The name 00 has two meanings. It is a representation in time from the grapes in the vineyard to the wine in the bottle. Secondly, one zero represents the Old World and the other represents the New World.
