With over 30 years' winemaking experience, Ian Naudé is one of the most respected winemakers in South Africa. After working in vineyards around the world, his heart in winemaking remains in South Africa. He is passionate about the diversity of soils, the microclimates, and the wine varietals that thrive under their own unique conditions in the Western Cape. A purist and non-interventionist in his winemaking approach, he believes that each wine needs to be the true reflection of the grapes and the terroir, and their storied, complex and unique identity.
