Bottled for The First Editions range by Hunter Laing. The 2007 vintage expression was aged in a single virgin American oak barrel (cask #20605) for 16 years before it was bottled without chill-filtration or additional colouring at 54.1% ABV.

Nose: Maple syrup, oaky vanilla, ginger, and strawberry laces.

Palate: Caramel-filled milk chocolate, dried cherries, cinnamon, and stone fruit.

Finish: Sweet and rich.

Distillery Information

Auchroisk distillery is a whisky distillery in Banffshire, speyside Scotland. It was established after Dorie's Well was discovered and found to have water similar to the water used by the Glen Spey distillery, which was used by Justerini & Brooks to produce malt whisky for their blends.
