Nose: Supple and silky nose.

Palate: Net, it evolves in the mouth without aggressiveness. The freshness of an elegant distillate is perfectly highlighted. The aromatic panel begins with notes of lime which give it a lot of dynamism.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

Founded in the early 19th century, this distillery is renowned for its high-quality agricultural rum. The tour begins with a presentation of the lively history of Basse-Terre, followed by the discovery of the traditional manufacturing process.
