The all-female team is headed by Maestra Destiladora, Hillhamn Salome, who oversees the process and selects regional botanicals, sustainably sourced from Mexico. Prickly Pear and Orange Blossom Gin is an extra dry gin, reminiscent of sunny Mexican afternoons and time spent with friends at sunset when the night is only beginning to unfold. Besides the traditional botanicals like juniper, coriander and lime, this refreshing gin is infused with delicate orange blossom, one of the few plants that bloom and bear fruits at the same time, bright prickly pear and mellow raspberry.
