Brandy Constantino ages for 6 months in large wooden casks. Under official regulations for the Brandy denomination, and so as to achieve a greater ageing effect, several colouring and flavouring food additives are used that improve the brandy's bouquet and flavour.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: In the mouth it is very soft.
