The farm consists of land for growing apples, grain, and our black walnut tree grove is on site at the distillery. The property is part of the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House and Mill complex. Rensselaer also had his own distillery and cooperage circa 1805. Today our distillery and cooperage reside in Rensselaer's former carriage house.

Nose: A delicate aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
