This is like one of those indulgent bowls of oatmeal where you have ‘accidentally’ added too much chocolate and syrup. Calling it oatrageous would be a bit too easy so how about it’s oat of this world? Or oaterly magnificent.

Nose: French Toast, Cinnamon, Spice.

Palate: Oatmeal, Chocolate, Maple Syrup.

Finish: Coffee with a spoonful of brown sugar.

Corsair Artisan Distillery is a small-batch distilling company with distilleries in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Founded in January 2008, it is owned and operated by distillers Darek Bell and Andrew Webber and marketing specialist Amy Lee Bell.
