Cotswolds Barrel-Aged Hedgerow Gin | 500ML

Cotswolds Barrel-Aged Hedgerow Gin is made from an assortment of the finest local fruit and berries, macerated slowly in their award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin before being barrel-aged in ex-red wine casks for 3-4 months. It is then removed from cask, slow-pressed, blended and lightly sweetened. May contain slight sediment, and is to be expected.

Nose: Fragrant with sweet, stone fruits and light woody notes.

Palate: Spicy wood perfectly supports the full-bodied dark fruit and berry flavors.

Finish: Dry with wood spice.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, producing Outstanding Natural Spirits since 2014, their distillery is the first full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds. They craft a range of single malt whiskies, gins and liqueurs, including the award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin and Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky.
