A vibrant and approachable California Cuvée opens with a pop of tart pineapple and orange blossom on the wonderfully aromatic nose. The palate is lively and rich with layered notes of Asian pear and honeysuckle, overlaying hints of fresh mandarin peel and marzipan before a zesty, focused finish.

• Decanter: Lovely creamy nose of butterscotch, cashew, golden apple and pear. Intriguing palate with crisp, ripe flavours and a soft mousse. Blend : 57% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 3% Pinot Meunier.

• James Suckling: Aromas of fresh flowers, garden herbs and grapefruit. Medium-bodied. Mineral, with baked citrus and herbal character. Drink now.
