This beautiful small batch release from the brilliant Kanosuke distillery was distilled in 2018 and matured in an ex-red wine cask for just over 3 years before bottling in 2022. It’s rich and fruity on the nose and palate, with Christmas cake, berries and cinnamon spice being the stars of the show. Limited to just 988 bottles, it’s likely to sell out fast.
