Knockdhu Distillery, founded in 1894, is located in the Scottish Highlands and produces anCnoc. Known for its light, fruity, and slightly smoky profile, anCnoc whisky is matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. The distillery’s traditional methods, combined with modern techniques, result in a whisky that reflects the character of the Highland region.
