Slowly maturing genuine Kentucky sour mash in the powerful and moody Texas climate is an inspired combination. They filled five barrels and waited patiently. The results blew away their best expectations. Deep, gratifying, and layered with nuance and balance. A true one of a kind, extra small batch bourbon sold exclusively in their Texas tasting room, one precious bottle at a time. Mash Bill 78% Corn, 10% Rye, 12% Malt.
