Detailed Description
The whiskey consists of pure regional barley malt, which was ground with millstones in the in-house Fessler mill, which is over 625 years old, according to old craftsmanship on the grist mill from 1870. The distillate then matured for 5 years in an old Scottish whiskey barrel and Württemberg wine barrel in the distillery's warehouse. Local water from the local alwa spring is used for the whiskey; the production process is climate-neutral using our own hydropower and photovoltaics. The whiskey has a natural color, is unfiltered and the template for the label is the club symbol. The shooting club organizes black powder shooting every year, which is known far beyond the Stuttgart region.
