Nakano BC Kijoshu | 300ML

Located south of Osaka, Nakano BC started off by brewing soybeans, but it quickly expanded to the production of sake, umeshu ad shochu. This Kijoshu is made with a polishing ratio of 70% and bottled at 16% ABV.

Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.

Palate: Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla and dried plums.

Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.

Nakano Sake Brewery aims to improve quality by using cutting edge technology in creating Japanese sake. In the past, where human intuition and experience were heavily relied on for determining temperature and moisture for adjusting and controlling.
