Harvested from Coldstream valley grain corn, through diligent milling, fermenting, distilling and aging introduce BC’s first Bourbon-style Corn Whisky, BRBN.The grain corn is grown just west of Vernon Flagship distillery, and is milled onsite before being fermented and distilled in state-of-the-art copper pot flavour stills.
Okanagan Spirits BRBN Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Smells a lot like corn, toasted and coated in movie theatre butter.
Palate: It’s a little bit thick with bitter notes of sweet corn, honey, Kix cereal, freshly-mowed grass and oak.
Finish: Finish is rich and smooth.
