Oregon Spirit Distillers Wheat Whiskey consists of Oregon grown winter wheat, rye, and malted barley. From fermentation to maturation, this whiskey is made in beautiful Bend, Oregon. It is matured in new American white oak barrels for four years, and bottled at 90 proof. Oregon Spirit Distillers Wheat Whiskey is a soft and approachable whiskey with notes of cinnamon, buttered toast, and apple pie.

Nose: The aroma is not intense, but filled with Wheat cinnamon, toasted wheat bread, and vanilla.
Palate: The depth increases just a bit on the palate with those notes becoming just a bit more concentrated.
Finish: A lingering finish with a bit of salt-air brine.
