Paul John Edited Indian Single Malt Whisky

Released as their take on the iconic peated style of single malt, the Paul John Edited Single Malt Whisky combines the sweet flavors of their signature unpeated single malt with the spicy and smoky character of peat to create a robust flavor profile that makes it an excellent choice for sipping and mixing. Made from 100% malted Indian barley, each batch of this whiskey begins with the malt being twice-distilled and the resulting spirit aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. After this initial beauty rest, it is then "edited" by vatting it with a peated single malt with the finished whisky then being brought to proof, bottled, and finally labeled.

Nose: Each sip of this golden whisky greets you with a sweet nose of ripe fruits, honey, cocoa, espresso, seaweed, and bonfire smoke.

Palate: This is then complemented on the palate by a scrumptious and warming palate of mocha, licorice, barley, mint, and subtle peat notes.

Finish: A long and drawn out finish of spice, chocolate, eucalyptus, and gentle peat smoke.
