This wine captivates from the outset with its soft and delicate salmon pink color, which shines brightly in a perfect limpidity. The effervescence is rich and boasts very fine bubbles which absorb the light and impart an even more vibrant color to the wine. On the nose, the aromas of fresh and delicate red berries emerge, associated with touches of citrus fruits, like pomelos, all wrapped in a cocoon of Viennese pastry. One discovers without any surprise the aromas present on the nose, enhanced by a nice fullness and a perfect balance. Its finish is long and without any roughness, leaving a pleasant impression of this fruit that one loves to crunch.

Louis Pommery is the new venture of Champagne Pommery in California and is redefining California cool since 2015. Louis Pommery was the founder of Champagne Pommery in France in 1836. With a rich legacy in the Champagne industry, a deep understanding of the California climate and a masterful production process, Louis Pommery California is the meeting between French exceptional know-how and fantastic California terroir. The brand is driven by Chardonnay, world-known for its incredible purity, finesse and elegance. Louis Pommery was the founder of Champagne Pommery in France in 1836. He died a few years after the creation of the house and the business was successfully taken over by his widow, Madame Pommery. The name Louis Pommery was chosen in 2015 in honor of him. Louis Pommery is an ode to the maison's iconic style, evoking vivacity, freshness and finesse.
