Saint James Fleur De Canne Blanc | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Pleasant intensity and rich aromas. Notes of ripe sugar cane, honey and orange blossom with hints of exotic fruit.
Palate: Balanced and very mellow. Aromas of cane juice and ripe sugar cane with good length.
Finish: Long, warming finish.
Distillery Information
In 1882, Paulin Lambert, a merchant from Marseille, took over the Habitation Trou Vaillant along with the Saint James brand. He was also the one who chose a square-bottomed bottle for Saint James Rum and, from 1885, was the first to offer a vintage Rum to his clientele.
