This particular bottling was distilled in 1966 and aged for 32 years in American oak barrels from Kentucky and matured in a single bourbon cask. It was bottled at a strength of 108.4 proof (54.2% ABV), and limited to just 400 bottles. This whiskey has a nose of dried fruits, toasted coconut, and sweet baking spices. On the palate, there is a rich sweetness of dried fruits and honeycomb, with notes of nuts, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and complex, with a lingering sweetness and warming spice.
