Situated in the village of Pupillin, just south of Arbois, Maison Pierre Overnoy is a cult winery dedicated to minimal-intervention practices. The modern recognition of the estate was solidified when Pierre Overnoy embraced natural winemaking methods and removed sulphur from the process.
