The wine is aged in French Oak 300L puncheon, of which 25% are new. At the time of blending, They blend in small amounts of our estate Cabernets and Merlot to fill out the palate and create a seamless blend that showcases the bright strawberry and blueberry fruit of the Sangiovese.
