In March 2018, Julien Fournier embarked on his own adventure. He knows that this is a unique opportunity to continue his lifelong quest, the search for excellence, in close collaboration with grape producers of exemplary professionalism and rigor. From Martigny-Croix to St-Léonard, via Charrat and Chamoson, the vineyards which supply their delicate grapes to the Cave des Promesses are heterogeneous, varied and all have their own characteristics which are perfectly suited to one or other of the grape varieties. This is one of the strengths of the Cave des Promesses: producing the right grape variety in the right place and worked by a winegrower who knows his terroir. The efforts made in the vineyard go in the direction of viticulture that is respectful of the environment, reasoned, thoughtful and above all always with the ultimate goal in mind: producing great grapes which will then produce great wines! La Cave des Promesses offers a wide and varied range of wines. From the Fendant as an aperitif to the Syrah for keeping, including a saline and explosive Arvine and a lacy Pinot Noir, there is something for everyone.
