This bespoke blend of 6 and 7 year Kentucky bourbon has been aged an additional 12 months in Bourbon County stout barrels, then married with a beautiful 9 year Kentucky bourbon, creating an expression bursting with chocolate malt and dried cherry.

Nose: Dark chocolate, honey, toasted almond, and vanilla cream create an enveloping, decadent aroma.
Palate: On the palate, roasted malt, cacao, and allspice lead to lasting balance of exquisite flavor.
Finish: Elegant long lasting aftertaste.
Distillery Information
The founders - Peter Loftin, David Mandell, Daniel Linde, and Garnett Black - began the Bardstown, Ky., operation with the idea of offering a “destination experience” for bourbon lovers and building a custom distilling program that now creates over 50 unique mash bills for more than 30 spirits brands in the industry.
