Barrell Toasted Dovetail 123.8 Proof Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Toasted oak, vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, ripe orchard fruit and baking spice.

Palate: Rich toffee, brown butter, brûléed citrus, nutmeg, charred oak and dark honey with concentrated heat.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering toasted oak, sweet spice and subtle fruit richness.
