A 20 year old BenRiach distilled 4th December 1995 and bottled June 2016 for the 13th Batch of special single casks from this Speyside distillery. These excellent distillers are known for using a selection of interesting finishes for their single cask releases - for instance, this one was given a finishing period in a Madeira hogshead! 278 bottles were produced.

Nose: Ripe yellow pears and cantaloupe melons dusted with vanilla infused icing sugar.
Palate: Floods of fruit salad spiced with fresh root ginger. A lasting crisp oak character combines with rich stewed barley in the full bodied palate.
Finish: Lingering.

The BenRiach distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in the Speyside area of Scotland. It is currently owned by Brown-Forman Corporation after being purchased on 1 June 2016 as a subsidiary from the BenRiach Distillery Company Limited, formed by two South African funding partners, Geoff Bell and Wayne Keiswetter, and Scotch whisky expert Billy Walker.
