This rare expression is a single barrel release. After spending 2 years in American oak, the bourbon was transferred into a freshly harvested apple brandy barrel for another 2.5 years. Bottled at 119 proof, it's a fruity and nuanced spirit.

Nose: The nose has gentle spice notes along with floral and pine aromas.
Palate: Hints of licorice, and candy apple. It's full-bodied with sweet ripe apples and honey on the palate.
Finish: The finish is long with lingering oak, baking spice, and dry apple notes.
