Detailed Description
Cask strength single malt whisky from Glenburgie, distilled in 1995 and filled into a pair of hogshead casks, where it slumbered soundly for 25 years. In 2021, the casks were opened up by independent bottler Signatory, releasing a total outturn of 383 bottles at a strength of 54.7% ABV, for the appropriately named Cask Strength Collection!

Nose: Baked apple crumble, dustings of sugar and cinnamon, faint wafts of charred herbs are balanced by sweet berries and cherries.
Palate: Roasted malt, butterscotch, caramelised nuts, and prickles of crystalised ginger, with earthen, spiced oak beneath.
Finish: Zesty chocolate-dipped citrus, polished wood, a touch of tobacco leaf, and old leather, with sweeter cakey spice.
