A limited-edition Hennessy V.S.O.P created for Lunar New Year 2027 and the Year of the Goat, featuring artwork by Chinese artist and designer William Shen. The release is built around Hennessy’s classic V.S.O.P blend, with the collectible presentation inspired by the traditional blessing “San Yang Kai Tai,” or “Three Rams Bring Prosperity.” The cognac offers a balanced combination of ripe fruit, vanilla, caramel, warm spice, and mellow oak.

Nose: Vanilla bean, dried apricot, candied fruit, warm baking spice, and toasted oak.

Palate: Smooth and rounded, with caramel, cinnamon, candied orange peel, vanilla, dried fruit, and subtle dark chocolate.

Finish: Medium-long and warming, with lingering oak, gentle spice, vanilla, and refined dried-fruit sweetness.

Distillery Information

Hennessy was founded in Cognac, France, in 1765 by Richard Hennessy and has grown into one of the world's most established Cognac houses. The Maison's V.S.O.P is one of its signature expressions, built from carefully selected eaux-de-vie and defined by a balance of strength and smoothness. Hennessy has also developed a longstanding tradition of Lunar New Year limited editions, collaborating with artists to reinterpret its bottles through contemporary cultural design. The 2027 Year of the Goat collection was created with William Shen and is scheduled to launch in more than 50 countries in limited quantities.
