Detailed Description
The award-winning Rhum Clément Agricole Blanc is made entirely from fresh cane syrup from Martinique, which, as a result of spontaneous fermentation, turns into an aromatic and full-flavored cane wine. It is subjected to a single distillation, after which it spends just over 6 months in stainless steel vats. This distillate is then gradually diluted with spring water. In this case, however, we are dealing with a version with an increased alcohol content of up to 55% and offered in 1-liter bottles. The bouquet of Rhum Clément Agricole Blanc is a set of accents of cocoa beans, bittersweet chocolate, black tea and unrefined sugar. On the palate there are also vegetable notes and caramelized sugar.
