Crafted with extensive support and advice from the Yalumba winemaking and coopering team, Starward Octave Barrels was matured in the finest casks to come from the family winery. Bottled at 96 proof, it's a complex, bold, and fruity whisky with a deliciously balanced taste profile.

Nose: The nose opens with fruity aromas of dark fruit and orchard fruit, along with honey, a touch of banana, and spice.
Palate: The palate is equally fruity with stewed apples, raspberry jam, as well as a touch of citrus zest.
Finish: The finish is medium-long with a touch of mint and citrus.
