Nose: Digestive biscuits, bonfire smoke, creme caramel, and orchard fruit.

Palate: Orange peel, oak char, toffee apple, vanilla, peanuts, and peat.

Finish: Nutty and a little smoky.

Ad Gefrin Distillery is a special place in Northumberland, England. It's named after the 7th-century royal palace of Yeavering, close by. The distillery shows the area's history and craftsmanship. It's known for making excellent spirits and keeping local traditions.
