The Juggling King White Rum is distilled on Guernsey, using its own patented strain of yeast. The result is a spirit that works fabulously in all kinds of cocktails and mixed drinks. The team is also growing its own sugarcane on Guernsey, working with commercial greenhouses across the island to grow it, and they plan to make a seed-to-bottle rum using it in the future.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
