Amer Fleur de Joie heightens the character of your beer or next cocktail creation with the refreshing infusion of citrus and spice, the subtle smoke of eau de vie de bière, hints of cinnamon and clove mingled with the slight bitterness of gentian, and the bracing effect of quinine. "Amer" in French means "bitter". The amers from Alsace are drinkable (potable) bitters, they are lower alcohol by volume spirits ranging from 15% to 21% abv.
