The origins of the winery are closely linked to the wine history of the DO Monterrei. It was built in 1965 and initially, it was conceived as a cooperative attended by most of the winegrowers in the area who came to contribute 4 million liters in the 80s. The colossal gear that, at this time, moved around a Pazos del Rey employed a total of 600 people with what was a real economic lung for the region. The winery resurfaced in the 1990s with a renewed concept and the current building was built where they began to make wines seeking the unique expression of the land. The characteristics of this new project fit perfectly into the values ​​of Terraselecta, a company that was incorporated in 2008.
