      Detailed Description

Fresh, mineral citrus aromas dominate with a hint of pineapple and apricot in the aroma. Its tastes is fruity-tangy, light. A delicate fruit acid predestines it as a refreshing partner on many social occasions in spring and summer.

      Producer Information

Wood makes us unique: In 1935, the Eugen Müller winery emerged from the Wallbillich cooperage, whose beginnings date back to 1767. The senior boss of the winery, Kurt Müller, also learned this craft. The original barrels that Kurt made himself in his early years are still in use in the winery. This includes the large vineyard Rieslings and the reds, which develop wonderfully into wines with strong character in the old barrels. Today, Christine and Stephan Müller are the third generation to run the winery. Fresh, clear and characteristic of the soil on which the vines grew - these are the hallmarks of our wines. To achieve this, we work according to the guidelines of controlled, environmentally friendly viticulture. Mechanical soil cultivation, environmentally friendly crop protection and grape selection during harvest are just as much a given as slow, cooled fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. The individual assessment of each individual load of harvested grapes, intensive tasting of all wines maturing in the barrels and advice on further expansion are also an ideal basis for the creation of delicately fruity wines with lively freshness. Good things take time, which means that we give our wines the time in the cellar that they need for optimal ripeness. It's also time to chill out with a glass of wine.
