Boot Hill White Whisky Tasting Notes
Nose: Strong grain and heavy sweetness. Pronounced corn with hints of black pepper and freshly baked bread.
Palate: Vanilla, quickly followed by black pepper and oak. Rich, long-lasting flavors of yeast and brown sugar on the back.
Finish: Lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression.
Distillery Information
Boot Hill Distillery's story began in 2014 when western Kansas farmers Roger and Hayes Kelman decided to invest in western Kansas' first-ever craft distillery. When considering location, Dodge City's history - born from a barrel, forged in the dust - made it the obvious choice.
