The result is good as gold, with an aromatic, fragrant nose and a warming palate with hints of orange blossom and cooking spices. Fantastic in a G&T and other classic cocktails - perfect for a Christmas Eve tipple.

Nose: Well-perfumed, with elegant wafts of lavender, lemon and pine needle.
Palate: Clove-studded orange, floral perfume again, a refreshing hint of honeydew melon, nutmeg.
Finish: A lasting whisper of peppery juniper and honey.
