This mineral rich ash helped to create the ideal soil conditions for the Blue Agave to thrive, and a unique flavor profile indicative of the region.

Nose: Nose full of agave aromas.
Palate: Plenty of Cooked Agave flavor, with hints of pepper and earth.
Finish: Smooth finish with a nice amount of pepper left on the tongue.
