Nose: Aroma is very pleasant and delightful.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
Distillery Information
"Louis Gallois set up a wine and spirits company, Gallois Cellars, on the outskirts of Paris with his original business partner Emmanuel Courvoisier. Gallois had been developing contacts for many years, particularly with the upper Ă©chelons of NapolĂ©onâs imperial army. These relationships proved successful many years later when NapolĂ©on Bonaparte took the throne in 1804."
