Made by cold compounding essential oils and other organic volatile compounds of ginger sourced from the foothills of the Himalayas. Sikkim is a landlocked Indian state nestled in the foothills of Himalayas and bordering Nepal to the west, China to the north and east and Bhutan in the south-east.
Ginger (Sikkim) Liqueur | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Lemon and fresh ginger, somewhat reminiscent of a perfumed hot toddy.
Palate: Slightly soapy and disappointingly bland, lacking in both ginger flavour and heat.
Finish: The perfumed note detected on the nose is particularly apparent in the finish.

Sikkim Distilleries Limited, a 48-year-old company established by the order of the Chogyal, the then ruler of the erstwhile kingdom of Sikkim. The distillery, situated in the North Eastern corner of India, is known worldwide for the fine quality of liquors produced and marketed under the brand name of SIKKIM LIQUORS.
