Detailed Description

Another delicious, complex Cognac from independent bottlers Hermitage. This expression was made with fruit from the Grande Champagne's Segonzac region, distilled in a 25-hectolitre still with a relatively narrow head and short swans neck before it was matured in damp cellars in 350-litre Limousine oak casks for 25 years and bottled at 43% ABV.
