A spicier nose of cinnamon sticks, clove, black peppercorns, vanilla sweetened caramel cookies topped with baked pear slices, cinnamon sugar, and dark chocolate. On the palate, sweeter elements are quickly matched with drier dark chocolate and roasted nuts as oak spice becomes more noticeable but still balanced by sweet corn and vanilla notes. The finish is long and layered with spice outlasting sweeter fruit flavors.
