Invergordon Pedro Ximenez & Oloroso Hybrid Cask Single Cask Bathtub Gin | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Honey and heather with a breakfast-y zing of grapefruit and orange.
Palate: Subtle notes of dried cherry, rolled oats, and flapjack. Hints of chelsea bun and spiced gingerbread, before drier woody notes.
Finish: Buttery tarte aux cerise.
Distillery Information
was founded in 1960 to purchase the Invergordon grain distillery, the construction of which had only started the previous year. In 1965 the company was listed on the London Stock exchange and 76% of the shares were held by London Merchant Securities Ltd.
