Nose: Medicinal, first-aid box aromas join zesty lemon and dried garden herbs, with pungent, oily coastal notes, and a touch of pebbly minerality.

Palate: Salted lemons, candied oranges, and waves of salinity join those mineral notes from the nose. That medicinal peat brings helpings of herbaceous menthol and charred heather.

Finish: Vegetal smoke, dried herbs, and smoked heather linger.
