Karuizawa 1981 Cocktail Series Whiskey | 700ML

Karuizawa is the gold standard of rare Japanese whisky, the distillery closed its doors in 2011 although it had not been producing whisky for over a decade then. This Cocktail Series is a limited edition 31 Year Old Karuizawa Single Cask released for the France market. The label is designed by the Japanese artist Hideyuki Katsumata who was inspired by the link between single malts and cocktails that exists in Japan.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: Finish is long, spicy and smooth.
